Final Approach Segment Data Block - FAS DB

FAS DB is a web-based tool that has been developed for EUROCONTROL by DW International. It is used to generate a CRC value for a Final Approach Segment (FAS) Data Block based upon user-input data.  The format and range of the entered data is validated prior to CRC calculation and the result can be copied or printed for subsequent use.  The FAS DB format and the CRC algorithm meet all the ICAO Annex 10 requirements and the tool has been comprehensively tested using data from a number of sources including industry, the FAA and ICAO.
