EUR Monitoring Results on the Website
Note to Aircraft Operators and State Authorities responsible for issuing RVSM Approvals.
With effect from 01 January 2010 the EUR RMA will not provide height monitoring results directly to Operators.
Operators requiring RVSM height monitoring results should direct requests to the civil aviation authority responsible for licensing their operations.
The EUR RMA will not release monitoring results until they have received confirmation of the approval status of the aircraft and flight crew at the time of the monitoring flight.
A declaration of RVSM Approval for a Non-Approved aircraft is in contravention of the ICAO European Supplementary Procedures Doc. 7030 5th edition and shall be reported to the relevant authorities.
RVSM approval notifications will only be accepted from the civil aviation authority responsible for issuing such approvals or the Regional RMA responsible for the region in which the operator is based.
USC Form 1 will no longer be accepted as evidence that an Operator meets all requirements for height monitoring.
