User Support Cell (USC)

A User Support Cell (USC), located at EUROCONTROL Headquarters, Brussels, is designated to answer questions from aircraft operators and Certification Authorities regarding technical, compliance and operational issues.

The USC also initiates actions with respect to RVSM height monitoring including aberrant or non-compliant performance.
